Wiggie plays a cat in Dwayne’s life. In another chapter Dwayne said that Wiggie was the only person in the world that could understand him. J.H. 

Wiggie is a cat in Dwayne’s life he is also like his best friend Dwayne thanks that wiggie is the only cat and person he can talk to. But in another chapter Dwayne yell’s AHHHH-AHHHHHHH-AHHHHHHHH-AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. And it seemed that wiggie was saying BOR-RING. M.D
